Shipping policy

Most of our packages are shipped via USPS 1st class mail.  If you need priority or overnight, there is an additional charge that will be calculated when your order is packaged.  Processing your order can take 1-2 days, excluding weekends and holidays.  Most orders will arrive to you within 5-7 days of shipment.  However, during busy holiday times, packages can be delayed in shipping.  We do not have any control over the package once it has been dropped off with the shipper.  We ship Monday-Friday from Altamonte Springs, Florida.  Please be sure that the shipping address you enter is correct.  Once we have shipped, we cannot add to that order,  recall the order or refund due to an incorrect address.  We cannot be responsible if an item is marked delivered.  We are unable to assume responsibility for any packages once they are marked delivered.
